What can the Admins do to help, any requests for changes, updates, etc.

I am probably being daft - notifications

Post by Trogladyte »

I have 3 notifications showing and I cant work out how to get rid of them.

One is a "received thanks" and two are "quoted by". I click on them, and they take me to the thread, but there doesn't seem to be an option to mark them as read, so they stay there.

What am I missing? I bet its something really obvious!,

Move to the far right of the notification, a tick should appear. Click the tick.

Yeah - the tick box appeared with all other notifications. But not these three.

I've never noticed the tick boxes. But the notification goes if I click on the message to go to the post.

There is a setting somewhere to turn them off.

Ditto

It took a couple of minutes hunting around to find it, but it's somewhere :)
