Of course it is. I have a different view to you and you have an intolerance to that. Fascism is still well alive in modern politics.mangocrazy wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 9:50 amIt's like conversing with a robot that's been programmed by a five year old.

If you genuinely believe what you wrote above about Johnson and weren't just trolling, then my response is partly to feel sorry for you and partly disbelief.Ant wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 10:34 amOf course it is. We live in a democratic world, you don't need to feel sorry for me. You have your vote and I have mine, that's how it works. Politics shouldn't work in a way where you're more concerned with how I think. Focus on your own view and don't impose it on others.mangocrazy wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 11:27 amAnt wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 10:34 amOf course it is. 1. We live in a pseudo-democratic world. If you think that what we have in the UK is a democracy, I have some beachfront property in the Peak District you might be interested in.Ant wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 12:22 pmWe live in a democratic world, you don't need to feel sorry for me. 2. I am not 'more concerned with how you think', if indeed that means anything.
3. I am not imposing anything on anyone. I'm participating in a forum discussion, as are you.

Err it could be argued that the entire basis of politics IS imposing your own view on others.Ant wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 12:22 pmWe live in a democratic world, you don't need to feel sorry for me. No it's not. You're always entitled to your own view.Rockburner wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 1:45 pmErr it could be argued that the entire basis of politics IS imposing your own view on others.Ant wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 12:22 pmWe live in a democratic world, you don't need to feel sorry for me. Penny Mordaunt has withdrawn from the leadership race which leaves Sunak as the last man standing.

Nice to see the government actually agree about something for a change.

Seems he’s some sort of Hindu.
Does that mean all the Moslem voters will hate him?

Ah yes, religion, the superstitious curse inflicted on modern civilisation inherited from before the Age of Enlightenment.

Indeed, Hindus and Muslims have history especially after the 1947 partition of India into modern day India (a so-called Hindu State) and Pakistan (a so-called Muslim State).

Re: So who will be the next PM?
Serious question: why would a "natural leader" go into current day politics?
