Looks like an art installation thats lost its way. I'd imagine a good few hipster gaffs would like to have it. It'd fit right in the beards and skinny latte.

I wondered that so I read the blurb. Bits of the engine came from an early BMW car but didn't quite fit any of the newer bike engine bits. The builder spent large amounts of time and effort making them fit.
