Pretty but needs a front mudguard, no surprise there.

Yep, totally.
Kept at the back of the garage, under a tarp, behind the bags of charcoal, so that no one can see the mistake I've made.

It doesn't need mudguards, its a real flat tracker, not a road bike, no front brake etc.

If you've ridden a bike on gravel with no front mudguard you'd soon be fitting a front mudguard, feck knows why speedway bikes don't have mudguards, the riders must be addicted to the taste of gravel.

I probably agree and there's hardly any weight saving with mudguards, but if he had put mudguards on the purists would be criticising him worse than you lot for not having thing them! :lol:
