Working for Max Biaggi’s team as far as I’m aware.

Tom at the time was told to keep quiet about it which he did because he was desperate to keep his ride and stay within the paddock.

He wasn't one of the chaps who were in the news recently for blocking another team's rider from leaving the pits was he?

No not him but same team. I watched the video back to see if it was him, quite a few thought the same but it was confirmed that it wasn’t.

Both of the mechanics involved in the incident with Fernandes have now been sacked by the Max Sterilgarda team for "unacceptable conduct" .....wonder if he will need to sack a 3rd one now which is looking likely

And this morning FIM, IRTA and Dorna in a joint statement announce that the mechanic who assaulted Tom Booth Amos has also now been sacked by Max Racing
