Reminds me a little of the Munch Mammoth. Those Ducatis had fairings for a reason,mostly to hide the fact the engine looks like something hanging out of a washing machine. :lol:

The extra weight could cripple 'performance' anyway.

Making the overall shape longer and boxing-in (literally) behind the rider might, conceivably, improve aerodynamics compared to a rider alone. But not by much ;)
Even bland can be a type of character :wave:

I saw a Norton Commander yesterday!

According to Wikipedia, production ended 20 years ago and they only made 253 in total of both the police and civvy versions.
