Yamaha 1st and 2nd, both private teams, Kawasaki 3rd, Honda 4th, Ducati 5th.

Well done to all teams from me, Honda deserve the Championship, Gino Rea will get a World Championship, which is good, Ducati did very well to finish 5th, if they can fix their clutch problems they could win the championship next year.

No factory supported Suzuki next year, which will make things more open.

I missed it live as I was up in Lincs. As my other half has just tested +ve for COVID this weekend's activities are curtailed. So I can treat myself to the Eurosport coverage :)

Lost count of how many years I visited. Around a dozen times I'd guess.

First was 79, I'm pretty sure. Nessie was racing (do a Google). Splendid weekend, aside from the race a highlight was pressure-cooking a chicken with herbs picked off the hillside nearby. My buddy Simon had a bad crash on the way back and he and his girlfriend Ros got airlifted out of France by ambulance flight.

I did the year it flooded too, and the year that The Stranglers performed - top show too!
