NAKED R1: LEAN, MEAN, AND CLEAN

Post by Skub »

Mostly shitty, faux arty and under exposed photos, but looks tidy to me.

A lot of work to make a different MT10,though.

It might be great, I can't really tell, it's too dark and the background too fussy!

It's a nice paint job, cowl looks good too. Almost a retro / XSR1000 look to it.

There are some photos in daylight on the guy's instagram.

His RD530 looks quite nice too.

I'd consider buying that if Yamaha made it.

Usually I'd agree :)

But this is actually about 100 times prettier than the ghastly Transformer style nakeds that are around at the moment...

I'd probably still stick a fairing on it though ;)

As the owner of a transformer styled naked bike I agree with you, mine is over styled.

once you see it in the daylight, it looks really good. However, the first "dark" picture hides all the ugly its of the engine & plumbing. looks more elegant than an MT-10 though

Let's make a really great sports car.
Then sell it without the windscreen.

Some fuckers will think it's great :D

Can anyone say "niche category" :D

"We are so delighted to have won "Vehicle Manufacturing Specialists of the Year 2021/22" in the Scottish Prestige Awards! "

How's about a custom MX-5 with no windscreen if 2 million dollars is beyond your budget. I think they're still working on the panel gaps.
