It looks like they ordered the wrong radiators and the ones that turned up were too wide so they stuck some random plastic bits on the end to try and hide it... but it doesn't work.

It'll be nice when it's finished. :(

I mean it's better in Silver but it's just annoying, to us half dozen giffers around the world who care, that they called it the Hawk. Grumble.

Can we just skip to the part where Honda admits it's too damned hard to make an ICE bike look good *and* meet emissions regulations, and starts to make electric bikes?

The cb650 series is about the only nice looking exhaust in the whole lineup, and even that one only works from the one angle.

Would twin exhausts mean that individually they wouldn't need to be so fecking massive?

In most cases the standard boat anchor exhaust(s) are the first thing to be swapped out, so perhaps Honda just made a single, humungous, exhaust that met emissions and noise regulations worldwide and called it a wrap. Stil doesn't excuse the styling of the rest of the bike though.

Some manufacturers now of 'performance editions' of models. These usually dispense with the rocket launcher barnacles and get them a few quid extra to boot. Probably more cost effective to buy a stock bike and do it yourself.

I think they've all pretty much given up trying to make standard exhausts look decent.
