Exactly this! I’ve been thinking the same and can’t fathom why they’d do it off their own backs, and 3 of them by the looks of it. The initial two who you see approach the bike and then when they walk away there seems to be a third mechanic appear and walk over almost laughing it off, just as the KTM mechanic has a go at him.

I hope it’s being investigated.

If I were the mechanic I’d have kicked the fuckers in the balls.
That's another mystery to me, why none of them got a slap.

How on earth did they think it would go well, that they'd get away with it? In either sense - firstly that no-pone would notice / record them doing it and secondly, if they hadn't been told to do it, that their team would somehow be grateful?

Nuts.

Yeah that’s correct, they stood by him and as he went to leave they stepped in and flicked his kill switch. They’ve been given a two race ban I believe.
Totally mad. And, whilst I get the visa issues for the next two races, if the ban hadn't been deferred, the team would suffer rather than just the two mechanics - which surely is the way to make sure people know that this is 100% unacceptable?

It just showed the Moto3 thingy on telly. The mechanic had his hand inside the fairing. Naughty.

Marquez had a slide, closed the throttle, Fabio went into the back of him.

Don't know what happened with Nakajima

It looked like the impact affected the rear ride height device on Marquez's bike, plus other damage, and he slowed again. I think he was actually looking at the back end of his bike just before he was hit.

Nakagami crash - he was just really slow, something binding on the rear wheel?

Looking like a Ducati lockout for the rest of the season now. On paper at least Fabio's goose is cooked.

Franco set the lap record 2 years ago. Yamaha should give him that bike. And the Fab Frog.

For me, Fabio's DNF has really buggered up the championship chase. At best he'd probably have been 20-25 points ahead of Pecco had he stayed upright at Aragon and that would have been a (just about) defendable lead with 5 races remaining. Now I'd say it's odds-on that he'll be swamped by the Ducati hordes. It's gone from being a really tight championship battle to a bit of a shoo-in for Pecco.
