Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
Scott Ogden did well. His 12th place was helped by all the crashes.
But he was only 2.05 seconds behind the winner

Disagree completely.
He was 3rd and got nerfed which lost him the places. Thought he rode really well

Well,at least he finished. Unfortunately for him his teammate won even after 2 long laps.

I like the guy but he's not doing his CV any good for a ride next year.

10th which was a decent result from a bike that was jumping out of gear.
When he was interviewed you could tell he wasn’t pleased that he had complained about it only to be told it was his riding style.

It was an unusually dull and spread out race for Moto3.

Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
That sounds like a team starting to lose faith in their rider, which given his season, isn't surprising.
I can't help but think his career in the GP paddock is now in decline. He's too old for Moto 3 next year, and I can't see many of the top Moto 2 teams looking at him, especially as there's a raft of younger riders in Moto 3. I'm sure there will be some lower tier Moto 2 teams interested in taking a punt, especially if he/Dorna brings a load of cash, but it'll not help him get the results to put him back in the spotlight, especially as he has to learn to ride the Moto 2 bike without lobbing it at the scenery.
As for Dixon, I like him, and he's obviously a talented and quick guy, but the has the makings of another Lowes - crashes too often. It'll be interesting to see if Aspar re-sign him next year. If they do, he's going to have to stop crashing and start making a real impression on the championship to stand any chance of a MotoGP ride

Apparently he currently has no ride next year. According to GP commentators they don't expect to see him in the paddock. More like WSS.

Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
Get him on a Ducati in WSBK. Wee light boyos seem to do well there.

Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
Way out of his depth. He's had some good bikes in Moto3 and really deliver.

Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
Agreed, can't see any WSBK team showing any interest as he's known as a small bike racer, and not done anything on bigger bikes. He needs to prove himself in WSSP first, and that's not going to be easy for someone who's spent so long on small capacity, stiff bikes.
It'll be a slow start for him as he gets his head around heavy, soft street bikes, and he needs to do that without crashing his brains out. If he doesn't destroy his confidence/the team gets fed up with the fees for crash damage, I honestly have no idea how competitive he could become on a SSP bike

Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
Well he just proved today what he’s capable of, what a ride.
Didn’t realise he had the guy who assaulted TBA as his crew chief and turns out very little help from the team as a whole all season.

Re: What Happens To McCrash This Week?
Wow, wins from 22nd on the grid and doesn’t have a ride for next season. Wonder if it’s partly to do with the fact he can’t contribute hundreds of thousands like some of the other riders.
