There are some interesting bits on it - exhaust, brake. Thought it might actually be fixed wheel until I read the article!.

Well, it's ermm..interesting. If they'd paid a bit more attention to the riding position and comfort it would be more interesting. Novel idea with the exhaust but I bet it all vibrates like a vibratey thing.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.

Sort of - but kinda the same thing has been done before - Imme, in '30s Germany ran the exhaust through the swingarm on some smaller models.
