It was great to see the individual styles on a fast lap in superpole.
Gives ordinary folk some idea of the skill required to hurry a big bike around here with no rider aids.

Good racing in the supersport. Gutted for local lad Scott Swann crashing out of his best potential result in eighth.

I've probably done 2,000 laps round there and good to see how it's done properly :obscene-birdiedoublered:

I've no idea how many laps I've done of Cadwell, it's probably a few hundred, I don't think I've ever done one where it's felt like I've got every corner right (that's not right as in going as fast as I can, but right as in I'm somewhere near the fastest line)

It's not going to happen now as I've no longer got the balls to go round Coppice fast enough.

I did a track day at Cadwell in November. It rained and all the roads flooded.

Mate and I got there 10am, missed the briefing. Only 5 others managed to get there.

From 10am the track started drying, no one else turned up until 2pm.

The TDO decided to do it open pitlane for the seven of us until well past lunch.

Must have done at least 100 laps that day.

Toprak managed a good jump on his 3rd lap.

Apparently he was a 1.37 with a wheelie down the whole start finish straight

Toprak did himself no harm with the racing fans,he came across well. It was a nice touch to give him and Andrea 10 minutes to play. Loca looked like a wee boy a bit overshadowed by the occasion.

Not certain about a rear wheel, but listening to the podcast earlier Chrissy Rouse was commenting on when he got taken out by Luke Mossey's bike in the saturday race at Thruxton,2 bent forks, caliper torn off, rotor bent & front wheel spindle snapped in 3 places!!
I suppose that when they're breaking wheel spindles into 3 pieces it won't take much more for a wheel to get loose..
