Android Screen ON
I am wanting the screen to stay on when on a call. Do i need to use a third party app or am i missing a setting?

Re: Android Screen ON
Can you not just adjust the "sleep" value? Under "Display" - "Sleep" - should get options from 15 seconds to 30 minutes. Assuming it's fairly pure android, some manufacturers (Samsung etc) have skins that change the base functionality or menu structure, I'm using OnePlus.

Re: Android Screen ON
Unless I'm mis-understanding the use case, It's not the screen sleep.
There's a light(?) sensor that gets blocked when you put the phone to the side of your head, that turns the screen off.
Call your voicemail, then wave your thumb over bezel at the top of the screen, it'll turn off/on as you pass your thumb over it.
Why would you want to turn it off, it's what stops your 'ear' from disconnecting the call or turning on loud speaker, etc..?

The 'home' button on mine brings up the screen display again very quickly.Felix wrote: ↑Wed Jul 27, 2022 9:22 pmSo there is but, Mine also goes out when using loudspeaker and i find it a pain in the arse when you need to press 1 for lady boys, 2 for anal and 3 for vertically challenged as it goes out before i get to press anything.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Mon Jul 25, 2022 4:12 pm Unless I'm mis-understanding the use case, It's not the screen sleep.

So it does I think i may have known that and never used it as i have a S10 Plus and my thumb hits the volume button now and then at the same time. Probably a happy compromise

Re: Android Screen ON
Well that's handy. Hadn't noticed before but my phone went dark screen yesterday when I called my voicemail and I needed to press something to delete a message. Not noticed it before. So, home button....info filed for future reference....although I think that soft button vanished too.
