It wasn't the plane side of it that was its undoing, it was mounting the aerial powerlines...Count Steer wrote: Thu Jul 21, 2022 12:20 pm It's an April Fool/'Photoshop' thing isn't it?

They are in there 80's and had a good laugh when i told them about the Pampas meaning. That was a well kept garden but they got old and the council will only cut the grass for them and they cut round any furniture rather than lift/move it

Its not as clear as watching it as that was the red from the evening sun going down what was looking rather nice. It was also heavy rain most of the day and the smells were adding to the ambiance.

Yes you nailed it, African Acacia trees have that characteristic flat top. I think the ones in the picture might be Stone Pines.Potter wrote: Tue Jul 26, 2022 9:42 am It's the trees that do it, those look like they're in Africa, I can't remember what they're called but they have a pale bark and flat canopy.

Technically there's more wood at the bottom. Granted, you'll need a chainsaw. But the point still stands.cheb wrote: Tue Jul 26, 2022 5:30 pmCount Steer wrote: Tue Jul 26, 2022 11:18 amAnd completely stripped to the height of a stretched giraffe underneath?
