I do like the bay windows. It's a bit like an ornamental Folly with wings.

It's an April Fool/'Photoshop' thing isn't it?

It's a standard tram with wings that was supposed 'to avoid traffic congestion'.

It wasn't the plane side of it that was its undoing, it was mounting the aerial powerlines...

They are in there 80's and had a good laugh when i told them about the Pampas meaning. That was a well kept garden but they got old and the council will only cut the grass for them and they cut round any furniture rather than lift/move it

Its not as clear as watching it as that was the red from the evening sun going down what was looking rather nice. It was also heavy rain most of the day and the smells were adding to the ambiance.

Yes you nailed it, African Acacia trees have that characteristic flat top. I think the ones in the picture might be Stone Pines.

Yes you nailed it, African Acacia trees have that characteristic flat top. I think the ones in the picture might be Stone Pines.

Technically there's more wood at the bottom. Granted, you'll need a chainsaw. But the point still stands.
