I've been on the case

Unfortunately, we're receiving a lot of complaints from other customers. Bitninja's support team promised to release the fix in the new update, but unfortunately there is no ETA at the moment.

As a solution, I'd like to propose you to migrate your account to our less populated server where such issue doesn't occur.
