Where your money then, where's your interest ?

I'm a little meh in some ways this year as i can see it being a Pogacar/Roglic fest...

I think WvAert will be entertaining at times and maybe van der poel for a stage win or two.

I guess the big question for the Brit interest is whether Thomas can take his recent form from the Dauphine and do well in this... does 'well' mean a top 5... or a podium, dunno.

INEOS have Ganna, Martinez and Adam Yates too... so a pretty strong team going. Pidcock for a wildcard win on one of the Belgium type stages but may be tricky with the VdP and WvA in the way.

Stage 1 is a pan flat short TT..

It's caused all the hotels in North Eastern France to be fully booked up on the days I want one.

Just have to hope someone upsets the applecart and it gets spiced up. Be a shame if it just goes as the bookies predict. I'll be watching anyway but if it becomes a procession interest will fade but there's always some interesting days and the travelogue is nice.

I just like watching the event, will this days breakaway make it to the finish or will they be swallowed up by the peloton in the last 1000m. Mountain sections or windy flat days it’s all an entertaining watch in usually beautiful country side.

Yup. I think that would take the best part of a year to get 'tuned' if he didn't get a currently operational one too.

Pidcock looks useful. Wonder if he'll get a chance to cut loose or whether he'll be fetching and carrying for 3 weeks?

Bitter sweet seeing Fabio take the win, but you'd honestly have to wonder if Cav could've won that one anyway.
