Not if one happens to already have matching gear.mangocrazy wrote: ↑Sat Jun 18, 2022 10:45 am The price of the bike was good, but you'd need to factor in the price of a full respray to factory colours, and get the wheels powdercoated, so it will probably cost nearer 3 times the asking price.

Another one from DungDeal -
It is, apparently, a 1957 BSA A7 with a Kawasaki 550 engine. And forks, by the look of it.
Only €1,850.

Blundering about trying not to make too much of a hash of things.

Hadn't seen him for a while but didn't know he'd been made into some tyres! Not sure how grippy they'd be but I'm sure they'll be reet.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 10:53 pm Not only has it got a fuck ton of stick on carbon fibre... it's got Guy Martin tyres!

Guy Martin tyres are the fastest possible but only in obscure situations nobody else has bothered with for fifty years.

See that 007 sticker?
That adds £12k. Must be because it's gold.

Re: Ebay 'WTF' bikes
They are just down the road from us and their stock is quite eye-popping. They seem to have cornered the market in Panigales. But as you say, their prices are eye-watering - 350LCs for £12k...
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.

I went on one of the open days... the one with the Norton and McPint.
I'm too scared to go on a normal day because poor people like me can't afford any of their bikes.

It's even got a (dark) brown seat.
I do like the compass on the bars, tho'. I might get one for the GS.

I wish I had the self-confidence to advertise that thinking someone's going to go, 'yeah, I'll buy that'.
