Forum update/version

Morning all,

We're 2 versions behind on our back-end so i've pinged our techie expert who's over on https://www.phpbb.com/community/index.php

We've used him many times now as it removes the possibility of me breaking things... although it does cost us money as a forum.

So i'll get some info from him and we'll like have a small outage

I do have to find some funds as we're carrying on the tradition this year of giving a trackday to a newbie and @tricol was picked for that one due to him posting and i think it'd give him a lot of valuable experience. But yeah i'm sure we're golden.

This will be being done in the next few hours. Our tech expert will be doing the work. I'll be throwing some of our/your heard earned cash to him

So as you'll have seen, the board has been down for a while today.

This is due to @HiFi Kabin our friendly Techie sorting out the latest forum software along with updating all the extensions. (you won't know what most of them are or what they actually do, but they do a lot of our 'background' stuff on the forum.
