Needed a G-clamp to push the pistons back into a caliper. This one is all they had. It's officially shite and now is in the bin now the job is done. Took about 10 times longer than it should.

Just ordered an Impact Wrench. Put a new prop on the camperbus as the weekend and my Chinese copy let me down a couple of times so its getting used in my work van for a wheel wrench from now on.

Would you mind putting a review of that up when you've had it for a bit please? My clarke needs replacing as it's gutless and has an intermittent fault. Thanks.

Will do. Got a few bolts my 540Nm Chinese copy could not handle but fully expect this to rattle them off with ease. It says 1000Nm but that is tightening torque. Loosening is more like 1500

Sorry @dern i never managed to do all i wanted to do in the camperbus today as parts never arrived so never gave the rattle gun a good test however, what it did do in its stride was take out my old rusty drivers seat mount bolts what have been in since 2003.No effort at all but they were just little M10's. I loosened all my N/S wheel nuts and tightened again. So what you may say but the N/S is reverse thread and tend to tighten themselves when driving. Why and the science behind that i dont know but many a person have struggled to get the N/S off a Convoy. My mate tightened my Prop shaft bolts with his Milwaukee they other week (1200Hm) loosened them no bother and dis a few smaller jobs with ease. Only thing that disappointed me today was the battery. Its 5Ah but i felt it should have lasted longer as i have did a lot of engine work including swaps with my mate and his Milwaukee but then its new and on its first use so may want a discharge and charge a few times But..........

................. That price in my link (195 quid) was the gun only. Add 140/50 for two 5Ah batteries and another 20/5 for a charger then 20 again for a case it mounts up unless you have other items in the Makita's LX range But...............again..........

If you dont have anything in the Makits range this Milwaukee is a steal. Its more powerful and when the battery starts to get low it wont slow down. It gives full power to the death. Makita slows down

I sad my mates Milwaukee is 1200Nm. That is tightening torque where the Makita is about 1000. Loosening on the Makita is around 1600Nm where the Milwaukee is 1900. Allegedly.

My lidl drill stopped working It was a Parkside one, the second one of those I've had and for the £30 ish I paid I really can't complain.
I also need a new tape measure......




At €90 it's a lot more than I spend the last couple times, but it has 2 batteries, is more powerfuller and has a load of bits, some of which I've definitely wished I had at times (the long screwdriver bits and the sockets EG)

Fiskars X27 splitting axe, X7 hatchet and axe/knife sharpener, posed on some of the 3 tonne of olive logs I've got to sort out. The X27 is the best splitting axe I've ever used, my usual splitting maul is just bouncing off the olive, this does a decent job. The X7 is nice and the sharpener sharpens.
