Keyring for forum stuff

Post by weeksy »

Didn't sound like a bad idea in the other thread... So looking into potential options.

Well they're not exactly a fortune... but do need a fair few purchasing.

Using the RTTL logo ?

feel free to find better/cheaper/easier sites.

Floating foam ones look good, you'll never lose them in the bath!

It's not help as such that I/we need.

I know some like us in our little community bubble, but I'd like to see this place grow in a weird and wonderful world.
Threads like millemilles would become normal on here, Rideout days where people post a dozen pics of their adventures. I know social media and instant gratification is the rage these days, but social media doesn't grow friendships, doesn't grow community.
So it's more about increasing the 'brand' exposure, the brand of course being our forum.

Maybe I'm being silly, maybe I'm being optimistic, but hey, it's all good.

The forum finances could cover 100 keyrings, even if they couldn't, I'd pay it myself.

Think of helping more in the context of "here lads, you seen this forum" next time you're out with the boys. More members, more stories, that's what we need.

Apologies, bit of an off topic rant I know

In that vein... how about a GB sticker with the logo underneath/on top/around/somewhere ?

Nope...it may create interest/conversation at a bike meet and possibly increase membership. Other shapes are available. 👍
