I thought it was a 'boost' bottle at first but yep, reckon you're right.

What's wrong with using a coke bottle like us proper racers!

That is nice.

Although when I saw "535" I had a horrible vision of some Virago based lash up

It's nice but I do think 'billet' swingarms always look sort of unfinished and not in keeping with the rest of the bike. It's something about the square end/adjuster that looks home brew probably.

Swingarm looks like a standard mid 80s YZ one

Yes, but I think they look home brew/prototype on almost anything, even though they're factory.

I like that, it's not ponced up like most of the specials and might not look as pretty as some but it sure looks functional.
For me its one of the most interesting out of all I've seen posted on here.
Oh and the catch tank will be to catch fuel from the carb overflows. Maybe also from the radiator.

Couldn't help myself and after I spotted the four pot goldline Brembo I zoomed in on the pic and sure enough it looks like the spokes might have just rubbed the inside face of the caliper slightly.

I'm not positive but it looks like it to me.
Those calipers could do with taking up a tiny bit less space which is where yer Beringer (spelling?) calipers came into the supermoto world.
