Wow, thats snazzy.
On a bit of a side note it seems that there's buggerall in the way of customs checks being done into the UK so standards of protective equipment isn't enforced so much.
With a bit of luck the pillock police will swoop on the riders using them although wearing it should be the punishment for buying one.
