Bicycle track pump.

Post by Dodgy69 »

Can someone recommend me a decent track pump that doesn't leak at valve when at 60psi like my aldi one does.

Need to get tyre's rock hard because the 700 x 23 are prone to snake bites. Thanks in advance. ๐Ÿ‘

My brothers opinion on this when I asked him about a decent track pump was "Joe Blow, cos all the rest of them are shit".
Mine seems fine but he used them waay more than I ever have.

Big fan of the Decathlon one but also have a Fabric one which I bought discounted at the LBS and it's a beautifully built bit of kit and a perfect performer.

Topeak Joe Blow Booster. Years old and goes up to 160psi, fully capable blowing tyres off rims if your not careful.

Pump arrived yesterday, so out to the shed to test. Success, allowed me 100psi without losing air.

Result. ๐Ÿ‘

Decathlon 500 I think it's name was, 17.99. You have to swap an adapter between valve's works well. Good seal to valve. ๐Ÿ‘

You can buy the heads that'll mean you don't have to swap.
