Oulton Park BSB test
Had a excellent day out at the Oulton Park BSB test earlier.
While I was there I had a stroll around the pits
The tyre fitters were busy,3 Trailers of tyres
Chrissy Rouse wasn't riding as he was concussed at Silverstone,Phil Crowe was on his bike
I never saw Connor Cummins, but his bike was there
A few TT regulars were there, including Hillier. Here's the times

Re: Oulton Park BSB test
I just want to see Iddon nesting the PBM Ducati’s. Would be better if the rides taken by riders on the way down their careers were given to up and coming riders as some are. But it’s interesting seeing the WSB riders, I’m sure they’ll come good eventually

Re: Oulton Park BSB test
I wonder how much being used to the electronics in WSB is a factor when moving to BSB?

I really like Brad Ray, he's got a bit more character than the rest of them.

I've always thought of Bridewell as the 'character' in the BSB paddock.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri Apr 22, 2022 1:26 pm I really like Brad Ray, he's got a bit more character than the rest of them.
Those Chasin the racin podcasts on YT are good, you get to hear from the riders & you get a good idea of their backgrounds & personalities

Re: Oulton Park BSB test
You would expect Sykes to take a while to adapt but Haslam has more recent experience of the lack of electronics in BSB and looking back Redding adapted quick enough as well as not knowing most of the tracks to win the championship on his sabbatical from the World scene.

Haslam and Sykes knew the tracks well.
