It's got a K100RS engine, but K100RS engines don't have that sump... unless it's a Bate-BMW!

Oh the engine looks like an old air-head, but I was looking at the thing underneath the engine. KFB suggests sump but at first it looked like an add-on, aerodynamic something or other (maybe just because the colour doesn't match). Not seen/noticed anything like it before.
