S'ok. Not keen on the paint job or the 'pagoda roof' tail end.

I don't like the pagoda light either, but I do kinda like the idea and execution of it. Maybe on a different bike, but I can't think what.

Love the paint job.

Looks like something I tried to make in the early 90s. I mean it's better obviously but if you squinted that's what I was going for
Glad I didn't.

Side panels and airbox short of full approval but top marks for effort and quality.

Despite being a wheezy old Homda,it doesn't look bad.

Put some RWU forks on it and I'd like it.

Why do they always put USD's with massive brakes on slow old bikes?

The extra weight must ruin the handling.

Fuck me. Amother identikit Honda IL4 of indeterminate vintage and all the usual styling cues. Empty triangle under seat - check, spoked wheels - check, USD forks - check.

All it really has going for it in terms of novelty is its red baboon arse.

The most important part of a bike is the engine.
So why put modern stuff around a 45 year old engine?

Warranty? Bollox :D

Pah, doesn't he know nuffink?
Clearly he needed a Simpson Bandit lid with Predator paintjob, white trainerboots and urbane camelflange strides for that photo.
Also he should have been flipping the bird towards the camera in rebellious mummys boy still tied to the apron strings and living at home stylie.

2/10.

Edit, fuck, I forgot that he missed the skullface skarf as well.

Cos whenever anyone rides an old bike they always remark I forgot how shit the suspension and brakes were back then, hence the birth of the restomod!

But there is more to an engine than outright power. By today's engine standards, two of my most memorable and enjoyable bikes were effin useless, power wise, but I loved riding them! The sound and vibration were so different to Jap bikes that they were instantly recognisable and even vibrated in a different way, leading to a more visceral experience in many ways.

He's still to sell it as well. I'd rather we got it running.
