Day off today & the sun was shining so I had a pleasant couple of hours on the SV650 in the spring sunshine.
Blue skies & sunny but the roads are covered in gravel & mud.Nice day though

It’s a typical Highland back road, rough in places and potholed, and new tar in other places, and quite a bit of narrowness , There are quite a lot of view points, scattered along the route…Dodgy knees wrote: ↑Sat Mar 19, 2022 3:22 pmIs the rode on the south side of L Ness biker friendly, as in tarmac. ??

Cracking ride today 220 miles and that's enough, back ache and arse ache. Bike was superb otherwise.
Found a nice mountain road coming out of Bala, then on to Ffestiniog and Porthmadog for petrol Criccieth for lunch by the sea, castle pic. A look at Pwllheli beach, a bit further up the road then backtracking a bit and heading for Beddgelert and taking in the views of Snowden.
Was out at 8.30 ish, bit cool but grips and gloves keeping me snug once more.
