That's several fields away, it's like the other side of Kansas it's that left.

We used to run to the road races with a guy who had one of the litre MVs. Man that thing was a torture device to ride for more than 30 minutes.

Beautiful though.

Why is it being sold with a battery charger?

I think they came with a charger when they were new as it's a lithium battery as standard.

That Buell is hideous and while the mv is nice looking a ktm is as close to a high maintenance bike as I want to get.

It's a very sporty list of road bikes. I'd go tuono V4 or MT10 or 1290 SD. 👍

GSXR is meh, looked at similar but couldn’t bring myself to buy another one.

10r or R6 for the track.

I went to see the gsxr this morning and it is immaculate. I sat on it and immediately got cramp in my right leg just like I did with the k5 gsxr1000 I rode years ago which was odd. Never got it with any other bike. Anyway, it looked in good condition and while the looks didn't really light and fires in me, the reviews are good so I asked if I could take it for a test ride. They said that they didn't do test rides unless I was going to buy it as they had loads of people coming in at this time of year wanting to have a go on the bikes. I asked for a trade in price and they offered me a very low amount explaining that they only stock the best of the best. I could sort of see their point but the delivery really made it seem that they were way up themselves. The last bike I bought from a dealer was fuelled up and ready for a test ride for me after I called them up to arrange it. That bike I bought. I'm going to give the suzuki a miss. I was exciting by sitting on the rc8 but I wasn't sitting on the suzuki.

Second dealer gave me a much better trade in offer and offered me a go on the bike. Declined as it’s not something I’ve considered so far but seriously thinking about it.

Yeah. It’s pretty sporty. Should be fun. Worth a test ride.

Speak to Darren and tell him you're my mate. Or I can shout him.

It may not reduce the price much, but should see a slightly better deal and deffo after sales.

1290sdr is an incredible thing.

If going next week, I'll come up too.

Cool. It was Darren I was dealing with so happy for you to put a good word in. I’m going to give him a call in the morning to put a deposit on it to organise a test ride. Probably for Thursday morning as I’ve got the day off.

Sounds good either way. They seem to have a coffee place there too now so we’re could get a brew.
