TBH, I think she feels that she is a brilliant speaker and concise analysis. It isn't actually supported by her performance but there is always a reason for that. She is a victim.
In reality, I just think she has lost it.

And now it's Biden.

Joe Biden confused Ukraine and Iran during his State of the Union address on Tuesday night.
When speaking about the Russian invasion of Ukraine, President Biden said that, Russian president Vladimir Putin would never "gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people" when he was supposed to refer to the Ukranian population.
"We stand with you", Biden told Ukraine and its people.
"Putin may circle Kyiv" the president said "but he'll never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people" he continued.

Putin has gone loco, Biden can't tell a coffee cup from a steak knife, Boris hasn't got a clue about anything other than play the loveable posh buffoon, Macron thinks he is a worlds statesman but without the talent, Germany are paralysed by their fear that they won't be able to sell their premium cars to everyone, etc.
Absolute shit show.

They aren't the only ones that should engage brain before broadcasting. Step up, Immigration Minister Kevin Foster . Re visa restrictions on Ukrainians, in his attempt to support that complete sour plum of a Home Secretary - 'Ukrainians qualify for the seasonal workers scheme'. Genius. Flee a war to come and pick fruit in February in the UK.

She doesn't just turn up at the TV studios and say "put me on TV!"
She is almost certainly invited by the TV company and I wonder why they do that. Of course she could refuse but there's a bit of ego pushing her in the door. I can't understand why she's invited.

As an ex shadow minister and possible future minister, she is a prominent MP.
So it’s her job.

Re: Will Russia invade the Ukraine?
So the IOC expect Ukrainians to compete against Russians?
I hope several countries withdraw and show it to be a shambles.

BBC wrote:Paralympic athletes from Russia and Belarus must compete as neutrals at the forthcoming Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games.
A statement by the International Paralympic Committee says the athletes - who have already arrived in China - will compete under the Paralympic flag.
They will not be included in the medal table, the IPC said.
The IPC said it had taken "the strongest possible actions" within the parameters available to them.
The Paralympics opens on Friday, with competition beginning on Saturday.
Twenty Ukrainian athletes are en route to the games, but it is thought they may choose to withdraw rather than compete against Russian and Belarusian athletes.

Obvs might just be standard western propaganda but there are a few murmurings that his health issues are primarily vodka related. Have to say though that he's started to look like he might call a full bottle 'my precioussss'. I know he's older but compared with the early photos where he looked quite healthy, in the recent televised speeches he definitely looks like he's put some serious drinking in.

I thought she was no longer front bench. Her chances of being minister for anything have long gone.

Mrs irie deals with Eastern European men with health issues, for whom taking steroids is widespread, on a daily basis. Does look like Putin has been doing so.
Lord David Owen also thinks that is probably the case.

Russian President Vladimir Putin Accused of Taking Steroids That Cause Aggressiveness in Bodybuilders
Former foreign secretary and doctor Lord David Owen has said taking steroids could be a reason for Putin's aggression
"Look at his face, see how that has changed – he now has an oval face," said Owen.
"People who said, 'oh, it's plastic surgery or Botox,' I don't believe that at all."
"He's on either anabolic steroids as a bodybuilder – and he's very proud of his muscles and strips to the waist and everything like that – or he's on corticosteroids. If you're on these drugs, this gives you this face.
"It reduces your immunity and makes you more vulnerable to Covid. This man has been in complete isolation, quite extraordinary, won't see anybody, stays miles away, tremendous pressures. Which indicates he's on a steroid and probably, maybe, a combination of both."
"And we ought to fess up to it, that carries with it, particularly anabolic steroids, bodybuilders, aggressiveness that comes through."

Yes, “ex shadow minister” means no longer front bench.
Don’t know if “long gone” is right. Would she say that?
She’s 68. If the party of the working man justly seizes power from the parasitic hyenas at the next election, she’ll at least be on a couple of committees.

No , she would say she should be Prime Minister
Is she any more deluded that the current incumbent - maybe not, but he prepares better ( and that is saying something, because by all accounts he is a tad lazy)...
But I can feel you are a fanboi
