The seat and the tyres are a bit of a fashiony trend but the whole thing is very well done. The underseat pipes are unusual on a flat twin...saves fitting a heated seat. :D

(It starts with an immediate  from me though...no stupid bar-end mirrors and they've actually managed to bend the exhaust - who knew you could do that?!).

The builder says the seat doesn't get hot because of the louvres + insulation. Seems like a lost opportunity. :D

Stick some proper rubber on and I'd be happy to own and ride it. Even the bars look like they would be quite comfortable-ish.

It hurts me to say that I quite like that. Black seat and proper tyres and that could be fun.

Top marks for coordinating the grips and seat though, even if they are brown.

There's a whole category of customs called 'Sonerrs'.

They're the ones where, if you say 'I like that' you feel obliged to add - 'So nerr'.

Whilst these are rules for pushbikes they should equally be applied to motorbikes.

Rule 8 - Seats, bars, and tires shall be carefully matched

Valid options are:
Match the saddle to the bars and the tires to black; or

Match the bars to the color of the frame at the top of the head tube and the saddle to the color of the frame at the top of the seat tube and the tires to the color where they come closest to the frame; or

Match the saddle and the bars to the frame decals; or

Black, black, black

Pile of wank

I do like that I find it very easy to say whether I like these bikes or not, they're never "hmmm sort of" for me, they're all either hit or miss, mostly miss.

Plus points. General look is quite good, its even got an airbox.
Bent pipe, all smooth like.
I'm fine with lobsterback spannies cos it's often the simplest way to develop the cones and get em to fit the bike but less so with Zorsts.

Bad...
Rear mudguard/just something to stop shite getting sprayed onto the engine.
Brown seat, no, just no.
Speedo, mebbe just me but I'm a sucker for black numbers on a white faced speedo and the same with a revcounter. Its sort of a standard I just like. I've never liked any of the digital speedos or revcounters and that looks a bit ferkin Knight rider to me.
Front light, it's wank, stupid colour and the mesh looks gash.
Tyres, just fuck right off. It's not the 1950s.
Rear suspension travel? Looks like the rear tyre will catch on the pipes when a flea sits on it.

Topical reference !!

Actually it is, we're all old enough to remember him.
