I'm baking banana bread!! LOL Possibly not the most sensible thing to do as I leave for work in an hour and twenty mins, but I bought bananas to make fritters and didn't. And they need using. And, I need a snack for when I'm driving this weekend to go with the sandwiches I'll be taking!!

Sooooo - cake is in the oven!! LOL

Was thinking of making some sweet and sour sauce so I can dip the chicken balls in it (they are done and in the freezer, just need air frying when I get home!) - I really don't eat well when I'm working, so need to be more organised!!!

Sitting at home an hour after I should have left for GVA. Flight due to land at 15.20, then 17.20 and now 18.05. Soooo, just waiting cos we don't know if it will be delayed more or cancelled

Originally this morning we assumed Gatwick would be ok because apparently the runways are in the "right direction" for this storm, but obviously it isn't!!!
