The trouble now is that films are so bloody expensive to make you need to bring it all down to the lowest common denominator to ensure the maximum number of people will watch it.
Plus ABTF doesn't have a happy ending, not really. And we can't have that in this day and age
Incredibly un-pc but representative of a different era/generation with a lot of pooftas and p*ki references. Funny film , offset by the irony of the ending, well almost!

The Mandalorian was an interesting addition this week.
Currently on Series 4 Ep2 of Ozark.... I enjoyed the first 3 series... but series 4 up to now is a bit shit... It's got about 20 mins left before i can it.

Watched a bit of the new Dune film but fell asleep. That’s the problem with watching it at home, it’s easy to loose focus.

It's a long 2 parter so you need to really feel it. I don't think Mrs weeksy will bother with part 2 but I will
I finally sat down and watched it properly and what a great film it was. I'm glad I gave it another go.
Excellent docu which covers the 2013/14 uprising after President Yanukovich attempted to steer the country towards Russian influence, having promised closer ties to the EU. Not for the squeamish as there are many very brutal scenes, but given the current situation it's worth watching to get an understanding of how far ordinary Ukranians will go to be free of Russian interference.
Its on Netflix but not for much longer...
