Just injured myself bringing the washing in

Over here we have outside drying areas connected to the house called salanas.
The wind has been howling and the clothes wrapped around the line 2 or 3 times.
One of the pegs had become twisted and distorted. When I grabbed it, the bloody thing stuck the spring right into the nail of my middle finger.
Fark. Pain and couldn't get the spring off. Had to get a pair of pliers.
Blood everywhere.
