I remember them as being super miserly with fuel consumption.

That's quite a pretty little bike for tooshing around town, but anyone over 5ft is going to look a bit circus.

CG125 = probably my best ever biking moment :)

BMW R65 had broken its clutch or gearbox, I'd borrowed the training scheme's loan bike.

Downhill, flat out, leaning over the bars, laughing like a loon -

- overtaking a 911 driven by a bloke who looked totally bored :D :banana-dance:
Even bland can be a type of character

Pointless. I suppose you could take it in a van to the bikeshed for oohs and ahhs from the top knots?

Take an old fashioned honest learner/commuter bike.
Tart it up in the style of something it isn't (and never will be).
And voila, you have a posing machine for urban plonkers with more money than sense.

Couldn't disagree more.... just because it's lacking in power doesn't mean it has to lack in looks or style.

I think it's one of the coolest bikes we've had in the past 2 years...

Would i want to own it.... probably not... but doesn't mean i don't love it.

Ha... I always thought of them as 3/4 scale. Getting a 6+ footer wrapped onto one was always challenging on CBT. I remember teaching someone who was 6'10. He had trouble going round corners because the bars hit his knees!
