It's not cheap, but it's a bolt on/off kit that's ready painted.

I'm waiting for Cheesey's opinion tho'

Agree everything but the brown seat. The 700 logo could be smaller as well.

Probably weighs about double what an offroad bike should weigh :obscene-birdiedoublered:

My girlfriend, now wife, fancied a 600 Tenere. at 5'4" and 8st I pointed out she may have trouble getting on it let alone kicking it off. After climbing on one she agreed and got a DT175MX. She still managed to drop it when she stopped next to a drain and couldn't reach the ground

I had an original 600, I wish I had some pics of it. I bought it in Australia when I lived there. The bloke I bought it from had fitted a gsxr fairing, mounted high and shaped around the tank, it looked like the real deal desert racer. I rode most of Oz on it. Definitely one of my better biking buys.

That's really nice, if it was mine I'd fit another headlight as that one looks cheap and nasty.I

And it's blue

The late 600s had a twin headlight fairing similar to the later 660s

Hired a 600 version in Crete one year. Found it to be quite gutless.

Love it! Great job and with the CP2 engine in, these must be a superb bike in any guise!
