He was prone to outbursts in the street, railing against folk with masks and the whole social distancing bit.

I haven't seen him about for a few weeks and his wife stopped me today to say he'd tested positive and while he appeared to be getting better,he's taken a downturn and is in a coma in intensive care. The only hospital available was 70 miles away in Coleraine.

He'll not get much sympathy from most folk, but I'm personally sad he's having to learn the hard way.
It is sad. Yes, some anti vaxxers deserve at least a smack in the head. But then there are people that are struggling in life in general and all the things to do with Covid have made that worse :( :(

Hope he survives the coma and mentally survives xx

I'm on local FB group and often get anti vax nutters moaning. Got one today who was way off the scale. Had a look at her profile and she's a complete cabbage. These are just 2 of dozens of stuff she puts up and other muppets agree :obscene-birdiedoublered:

Well, if the head of Covid taskforce was up for a beer in lockdown, then I reckon I'm about on the mark when I say that nobody, for all their protestations, adhered 100% to the overly-restrictive rules.

If everybody simply apologises and says they are "truly sorry" it should all be OK.

The police and enquiry teams can stand down.

Good luck, two of my colleagues are off/lateral flow testing as their plague pits have brought Auntie COVID home.

It was a wedding that did for a son and his family two weeks ago. His wife told me that it was a mini super spreader event. ;)

Seems that everyone either broke or misinterpreted the ever-changing rules at some point. We're gonna need more pitchforks.

We all had covid in Dec. This morning my daughter tested positive on an LFT. FFS. Hoping it's a false positive but more time out of school till we get the PCR back.

Daughter (8) was only clear of Covid on the 17th Dec.

Just got PCR back and she's positive again just over a month later. FFS.

Luckily as per December's round she's fine at the min, few sniffles and bouncing off the walls bored.

So assuming we're just as likely to get it again in the next week or so. Joy.
