LOL. That'll be fun to carry when full.
Just bought a Stanley Fatmax triple decker - with wheels and handle á la shopping wheelie thing - in the Screwfix January sale.

You may fill it quicker than you'd think.
I have one a similar size, for a 'grab' toolbox,if I need to do something elsewhere. It's full now.

These are tools purely for MTB stuff, so nothing really bulky and only so many tools you can have.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 3:52 pm You haven't got many tools, hand your man card in.

Well bikes are a lot smaller duty than cars and motorbikes. I don't need many 'big' tools as everything is smaller.Count Steer wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 4:14 pmweeksy wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 3:57 pmThese are tools purely for MTB stuff, so nothing really bulky and only so many tools you can have.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 3:52 pm You haven't got many tools, hand your man card in.

I have to say I hate those plastic toolboxes, I'd rather have an old school metal cantilever tool box

Re: WTF, was it really that big ?
They're too small for the spares., Spares are things like pedals, grips, chains, cassettes, saddles, posts, so bulkyLe_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 4:53 pm I have to say I hate those plastic toolboxes, I'd rather have an old school metal cantilever tool box

You once had a rant at me on the other place for buying cheap Chinese tat and putting good old fashioned UK shops and industry out of business, you should at least be aware of how they can make, and ship things half way around the world.
I make no judgement, you buy whatever you want from wherever you want

Forgot the other pic, which has lubes and tools in the pull out shelf thing.
It's actually way more suited to the job than I thought at first.

Not so much, the old style cantelever thiigs last ok but they're bloody awful things to use.
Re: WTF, was it really that big ?
The first toolbox I bought was one of those metal cantilever things, about 45 years ago. I still have it, under a pile of other stuff at the back of the garage. There are some AF spanners and a worn out Phillips screwdriver in it, I have no idea why I still have either the toolbox or the toolsdemographic wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 6:50 pmLe_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 4:53 pm I have to say I hate those plastic toolboxes, I'd rather have an old school metal cantilever tool box
