Never heard of the V7 carbon though. That's nice that is.
I really like the V7, I wished they'd do it with a bit more power. I know they do the V9 bobber that looks a bit shit IMO. Make the V7 with the engine from the V85 and I'm there.

The new version of the V7 has the 850 engine from the V85, but slightly detuned.
The V7III made 50bhp iirc and the newer 850 makes 65.

I'm not a great fan of bar end anything, I agree. But they only add about 3 inches per side to the width, so hardly a l'oad of extra shit'. I think the builder wanted it to have mirrors and indicators but was struggling to make it work in the confines of a cafe racer build. He can't be that bothered about indicators / lights - I can't see any at the back.
I much prefer a standard mirror on a stalk than all of the attempts I've seen at hiding them :shrug:

Better....but the V85 is what, 85bhp? That's enough that it will feel pleasantly nippy rather than a bit of an effort. I thibk the V85 has Titanium valves and few other fancier internals? Good point. I can't see any indicators at the back either, which is odd. In that case he should sack the front indicators. My Griso is about 75ish hp and is plenty quick up (enough for me) to 80+ ( at which point I have to roll-off and check for brown down under ).
Probably a similar weight to that v7 too if not a bit heavier

Not different enough from original & not enough oomph as the starting point anyway, needs an injection of some bhp to make it stand up against the std bike.

Regarding the signals, they're integrated on the wing of the back light.
