I'm after a portable rechargeable work light for garage. When boredom sets in, I often go to the garage and clean my bike wheels and other bits I've missed. I've got an Erbauer plug in, but it's kind of fixed and a pita to move, so rechargeable it is.
Any suggestions??

The eBay bicycle lights are super bright. They'll last 3-4 hours

I have an erbauer light that I’m very happy with, there are a couple of models with different outputs, I think I have the middle one which is really bright.- wall mountable if needed too.

Try NightSearcher - I purchased several for a project at work and they are very good. Light, bright and good battery life. Their customer service is very good too - I had one fail out of warranty and they still repaired it FOC for me.....

What battery platform are you on if you have any cordless tools?
Most of the big players (Makita, De-Walt-Hitachi- Milwaukee and so on) have LED worklights that use the same batteries and chargers as the drills.
I have a good De-Walt one but I also have three 5 Ah and two 9 Ah De-Walt batteries to power it so the choice was simple.
If your on another battery platform tben try to go with that, its a lot better than the LED lights with integral batteries cos they don't have the amp hours nor ca you just fire another bettery in when it runs out.
