If anyone asks, I'll happily - and honestly - tell them that, yes, my company hi-viz gear does work. It keeps me warm and dry - and that's all I want it to do ;)

Odd.

I presume the Twitter link is onwards to another site hosting the video. Presumably that site has been flagged for some reason.

Maybe there's a tracking link embedded and as my security settings are set to reject anything like that, it's showing as blocked.
