Well, its got mudguards, sidepanels and by Jove it looks like its even got an airbox.

Admittedly all but the latter are tiny but at least its got em.

Not totally a fan but it's a decent start.

I confess I look at bikes like this and think "did you consider actually RIDING it before you built it?"

It does show case the engine and I have always had a soft-spot for the Guzzi V, and the front end I could live with - the bars might need replacing for something flatter - but that seat... if anyone makes it over the hills and far away on that I'll be seriously surprised. It's another bike to be parked somewhere whilst the owner stands beside it trying to look cool.

Nah, it would be worth owning just to ride past but never stop at as many guzzi club/Italian owners club meets as possible :twisted:

I've not needed to ride in the rain for over a decade, so personally I leave the guards off, why not?
There's a load of other parts I'd throw away too if practicality and the law allowed it.

The guzzi is great, right up my street.
