I like.
I'd like it more with a more original looking high level pipe.

I don't mind the spannie though I am sure the original pipe could have been restored too.
Just a shame about the missing side panel. If it were me, I'd be tempted to look into 3D printing one, as I assume they are right up with rocking horse sh!t on the unobtainable list.

The original didn't have a side panel, it's where the high level pipe was.The Spin Doctor wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 9:40 am I don't mind the spannie though I am sure the original pipe could have been restored too.

I don't like it, waste of a good little bike, be better if it was standard.

Not very exciting but quite a sweet little thing- a definite improvement on the original although it does need some form of RH side panel to finish it off now the original exhaust has gone

Love to see them bikes from my youth. Not sure the exhaust was the right choice though.

Re: TWO-STROKE GOLD: YAMAHA CT175 RESTOMOD
I had one of those years ago for tooshing about on trails. They can take a fair bit of abuse, light and not a lot of power made it a useful tool for a twat like me.
I'm not sure about what they meant to achieve here,it's less useful as a trail bike, but not a great road bike. Visually I like it ok,the missing sidepanel is a massive oversight, that would annoy me,just looks really unfinished,or it fell off somewhere.

Oh, OK... I suppose that would obviate the need for one... unfortunate that it leaves a gaping hole.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 9:42 am The original didn't have a side panel, it's where the high level pipe was.
