All it needs is an image file called 'favicon.ico' in the appropriate place.
There's likely an option for it in the settings somewhere. (I've never admin'd PHPbb so am not familiar with the interface)

Right, i was bored, it's Xmas....

So i did a new favicon.

You should see a green RTTL little icon on your browser window.

It's unlikely to stay as it is, unless you guys tell me you like it... i'm 50-50 as i think it needs to be cleaner. But whilst i liked the little motorbike one we had, it was quite generic and not related to the site as such. So just playing with things really.

I expect it'll change about a dozen times today

OK, modified it to a white RTTL version.

I quite like that, i think that's staying for now

I tried resizing some rev counters etc but they just lose all their detail and look like a splodge when it's sized to 16x16 pixels. It's really quite small.

I'm sure someone better than me could do a much better job... but i'm happy it looks at the least, acceptable.

I liked the old one.

RTTL looks a bit like RTL.. the German channel I used to watch as a teenager in the old days of sky that used to show soft porn on a Saturday night, if you were lucky.
