I can't read it because of a paywall, but let me guess? A moany person thinks that Brexit has stolen their future? Or is he complaining that the streets aren't paved with gold since Brexit?

Or another journalist writing some stuff that he knows will sell newspapers because people will seize upon it to satisfy their own narrative. Browse some more and you'll find someone else writing from the opposite angle - it's not news, it's opinion.

That was Trump's approach: if it doesn't meet your agenda label it fake news. And in your case 'moaning'. It got Trump a fair way - with a certain demographic. I don't think even he had the brass neck to try it with information he wasn't aware what it was .

The Japanese car manufacturer, which launched one of the world’s first mass market electric vehicles (EVs) with its Leaf model a decade ago, said it would introduce 23 “electrified” vehicle models by 2030, with 15 of them fully electric. The remainder would be hybrids.

That woman doing the PR rehearsal isn't very clever is she, it was clearly all a joke but to set herself up like that even during the rehearsal is beyond stupidity...etc

Allegra Stratton wasn't even the best applicant for the job. Several better qualified applicants were rejected. Her poor performance in the rehearsals was one of the reasons the actual briefings it was planned for her to do in the rather expensive room* never took place.

She is, however, a chum of Johnson's wife and her husband (the Political Editor of The Spectator, where Johnson used to be Editor), is reported to be a chum of Johnsons.

Sometimes, perhaps, it's actually wiser to recruit the best person for the job if the job needs doing.

* It proved to be well worth the £2.5M(?) it cost as it was a very good place for Johnson to be shown the latest Bond film.
