Saw two of these today in my local Kawasaki dealer, both green, the colour is awful, it looks really cheap and plasticcy. Apart from that it looks very much a beginner bike, it's really slim, it's about the same size as a RD350 YPVS, the seat might be a bit higher, the handle bars are high, like the original US market Z650s.
I think Kawasaki have over priced it, it should be about £500 less than the XSR700, as the XSR looks a much better finished bike.
