1982 Yamaha 500CC GP500 TZ J SERIES motorbikes for sale in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, in white, yellow and red this Yamaha 500CC GP500 TZ J SERIES is another fine example of what is available from used motorbike specialist dealers, The Bike Specialists, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

THE BIKE SPECIALISTS,
TRADING STANDARDS AWARD WINNERS,

Here we have for sale a unique investment opportunity to own this beautiful 1982 Yamaha 500 GP masterpiece. Made famous by the legendary Kenny Roberts in 1980 the TZ500 was an in line, 4 cylinder, two stroke race bike built for private race teams in order to enter the 500GP series. As Yamaha's last production GP Racer the version was built in very low numbers making our unused example extremely rare!

Our example is one of the 'J' series which boasts improved components such as the reversed outer cylinders over the G/H models. Aesthetically it's also a much better looking machine with details such as the discreetly hidden exhausts beneath the curvaceous seat unit.

Weighing just over 130Kg and powered by an 115BHP this stunning 2 stroke motor really is an important piece of Yamaha GP history. Our TZ is completely 'out of the box' original and even comes fitted with the original tyres for crate only use and factory original paddock stand. The rarity of this beautiful unused example makes it an excellent investment piece and we're sure it will complement even the most discerning of collections.

£5k in 1982 is the equivalent of £20k in 2021.
