Paid for our kitchen and finalised the installation date! 8-)

Then the wife took me out for dinner as a thank you for giving her the car I won. I was really flattered as she'd booked a table at one of my favourite pub/restaurants! :) I was also surprised as it's down a few country roads and she doesn't normally like driving on such roads at night? But it was okay, as it turned out I was driving! It also turned out the menu was limited as she had a voucher which was for a "buy one get one free" offer on starters, mains and desserts! Only my wife could do that in all innnocence!

Nice day for a drive as well. Might have passed you as we were leaving Oban and headed south for The Rest and be Thankful route then eventually passing Loch Lomond. Apparently i missed a nice dry W/E back home

It's only a 6l bag, so not that noticeable on the bike.
If it had been a 21l jobbie then a good just of wind would have it off the side stand

Down to Portsmouth with daughter to see oldest spawn. Spend 1/2 the day walking around with them and then he went off to lectures and we came back home. Stopped on the way for pumpkins and cat food... going to do a big evil grin pumpkin to keep the children away.... :D

Whilst enjoying the delightful Jockish weather decided to walk up Ben A'an - nice to start until we reached the top then it pissed down.
Now back in our log cabin drying out.....

Dress it in a tracksuit and stick a cigar on top. Same effect.

Job 1 - chased up scaffolders, apparently will be here first thing tomorrow

Job 2 - chased up absent builder, will be here on Monday to ‘jump on the job’

Job 3 - we managed to dig over, compact and level 25 sqm of the front garden with only 25 sqm more to do, just need to source some turf now.

I've done both, I'd recommend broken. When I dislocated it the end of the bone came out at the shoulder, that was 30 years ago, still isn't right.
SO now I get to go for a CT scan and a lovely dose of radiation.
Dislocated and broken.

I don't fuck about. Still discharged me though with medical advice that basically amounts to "don't take the piss".

Had a nice late lunch with friends we haven't seen for 2 years. The place is a beer cans throw from where Tenbeers used to live. Owner had a place with a Michelin star but his wife got that when they split up. Male friend had a very nice jacket on (Gieves and Hawkes). Pleasant drive home.

It's an exciting life. :D

I fell in love with the Suzuki, again ;)

I don't ride is so often and last week it felt crap and my legs and shoulders hurt like buggery.

After Cheesy's new purchase, I was looking at the GSX1000F this morning and liked the look of it.

But needed to nip out to fill it up for tmrw's trip and checked the tyre pressures.
Oops. 31F and 24R.
Pumped them up and had some Ibuprofen and set off. Instant improvement in handling.
Had so much fun I came home the long way. No aches or pains.

It's a keeper :obscene-birdiedoublered: Maybe put some bar risers on?

Anyway, who couldn't love this beauty?

Yoz, are there roads there that you can actually stretch it's legs on? Or would something like a Nuda/KTM790/Hypermotard be better suited?
