And, nope, not with this dial, I'm sure there are others out there that would, but I'm happy with this one for now

Re: The Official Pleasing Purchase Thread
My B-I-L once bought himself a fashion watch (Ted Baker, IIRC) that, rather than the traditional '12 hours' face, had 24 hours and a strange way of telling the minutes using one half of the watch face. Completely unnecessary and a took a some mental logic to actually be able to work out the time.
I used to take great delight in the pub asking him the time and watching him struggle to remember how to actually read the thing whilst all the time mumbling, 'No rush...in your own time....any second now....'.
Wasn't long before everybody was asking him the time every 10 minutes*.
*Not that he could tell it was every 10 minutes, of course.

If I recall, that setting had a percentage reading for the wearer to calculate the chances of getting a girlfriend....Mr. Dazzle wrote: ↑Fri Oct 22, 2021 11:33 amI used to have a Fitbit with this face, 'cause I'm a massive and unapologetic nerd.MrLongbeard wrote: ↑Fri Oct 22, 2021 11:06 am An image, change to any of 1 bazzilion faces out there on the internet, or build one of your own.

When I had a bit of skeleton chopped out, the dressing they fitted on the cut was impregnated with manuka honey as it, apparently, has great healing problems.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Fri Oct 08, 2021 1:04 pm The NHS website lists Honey as pretty much the only treatment for Covid.

Van insurance. I'm now officially insured to live 24/7/365 in a van, all I need is the finished van.
Today's not very pleasing purchase is a flight to Ireland. I've just had six weeks with my parents, mum has got worse so back I go.

Managed to snag one before the prices shot through the roof.
Works perfectly and it makes my e-peen extra large. Apparently.
It's an end to "out of VRAM" errors in Max forever.
